4. Merchant Obligations
As a merchant, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide truthful business information and documentation
- Maintain proper records of transactions
- Promptly notify PayUniverse of any changes to your business information
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
5. Fees and Payments
Processing fees, rates, and charges will be outlined in your merchant agreement. PayUniverse reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice. You are responsible for all fees incurred through your account.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. PayUniverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
PayUniverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
